Couponmom.com  is our favorite website to find extraordinary deals. You have to create an account, but it's free. Deals are listed by store and state. This link explains how to coupon.

We print out the best deals for the stores we plan on going to. Then we circle the deals we're interested in, gather and print any coupons we need, and make notes for any cash back offers.

We only cut out the coupons we plan to use. We leave the rest in the flyer. We put them in a folder sorted by date so we can easily find the coupons we need.

Smithfield Rescue Mission's 2nd Annual Banquet and City Barbeque Fundraiser

Smithfield Rescue Mission is hosting the second annual Restoration 365 fundraising banquet next month.  This is how they do most of their fundraising to help the community throughout the year.

Another fundraiser has been set up with City Barbeque of Garner for all day Wednesday, August 19.  City Barbeque will donate 25% of all proceeds to the Smithfield Rescue Mission for customers who bring in the flyer from the Smithfield Rescue Mission Facebook page on that date.  City Barbeque is located in the new Cabela's shopping center in Garner off Highway 70.

Delivery to Smithfield Rescue Mission on August 11th

Freya and I dropped off the items at the Smithfield Rescue Mission on Tuesday.  The lady working was really happy to receive our donation.

Collection Drive on August 4th and Delivery to CCUMC

We had a really good collection drive on 8/4 to take to the Feed My Sheep Food Pantry at CCUMC and the Smithfield Rescue Mission. 

 I would like to thank all of these people who gave food donations to us for this drive as Freya, Adia and I are working towards our Girl Scout Silver Award.

It really feels good to be able to provide so much food to local people in need.  We will deliver the Smithfield Rescue Mission items later this week.  I will post about that once we deliver those items.
